TThe primary objective of Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam is to reach the knowledge and benefit of Ayurveda to the common man, especially to those who need a helping hand. So Samajam always keeps its efforts on, to support such needs of the society with all its capability. Charity works are done every month including free medical camps, where medicine and treatments are provided free of cost or at reduced price. Samajam set aside a considerable amount of money for charity and related activities for the wellness of the society.

Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam is conducting daily charity OPDs with full-fledged service and an average of 100-150 patients will visit the OPDs daily. The medicine and treatment is rendered free of cost for the patients attending charity OPDs. In addition to OPDs IP Wards consisting of 25 beds are also functioning in the college providing solace to the patients. An amount of rupees 15 lakhs is spent annually for charity purposes.
