The Keraleeya Ayurveda Samajam pharmacy is the first vaidyasala for public in which more than 500 products are manufactured with its traditional purity. Besides the general medicines from the classical texts of Ayurveda, there are a series of formulations made in the pharmacy from the old manuscripts of ancient vaidyas and by the knowledge, experience and expertise of Samajam physicians that are found effective for various ailments.

Medicines produced in the Samajam pharmacy undergoesstringent quality control which is effectively executed at every stage of its preparation, right from procurement of raw materials to its packing and that gives Samajam medicines its value. The methods employed are traditional and mostly non - mechanised. Wood is still used as fuel. Medical decoctions, oils, medicated ghee, powders, tablets and fermented medicines are some of the categories in the production unit. It excludes all chemical and synthetic formulae.
